Le Grand Salon
Typical of chateaux in the region, Pomiro has a large Grand Salon with traditional Gascogne stone fireplace and French windows opening onto the expansive lawn. There are also beautiful views over one of the garden terraces to the chateau’s wooded garden beyond.
The comfortable furnishings in this charming room provide a relaxing ambiance for guests throughout their stay. South facing, the morning sun floods in and in the evening’s spectacular sunsets can be seen whilst taking pre dinner drinks.
Of particular interest in the Grand Salon is the collection of original contemporary paintings representing many European artists.
