Christmas and New Year Terms & Conditions

• We will accept exclusive reservations for a minimum group size of 8 (At least 6 of whom must be adults)
• We will accept a non exclusive reservation for a minimum group size of 4
• The prices quoted are exclusive of Travel and Travel insurance
• The prices quoted include the various drinks as stated and extra drinks can be purchased separately
• Please ask for a quotation for infants under 5 yrs
• We require a 25% deposit to make a reservation with the balance due at least 6 weeks before arrival
• Deposit payments can be made by Credit/debit card or Paypal via our secure on-line payment system
• Deposit payments are non-refundable, however if we are able to re-book we will consider a full or partial refund
• Balance payments can be made by Credit/debit card, PayPal or by direct bank transfer
• Chateau de Pomiro reserves the right to cancel any reservation and for any reason
• If we cancel your reservation other than for non payment of the balance when it is due a full refund will be given
• Guests can cancel their reservation at any time which must be made in writing
• With Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival the total amount paid is no-refundable
• If we are able to re-book we are happy to consider a refund less any losses or expenses incurred
• We advise guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations
• Extra nights can be accommodated at our normal tarrif
