Chateau
de Pomiro
Terms
& Conditions:
- A deposit of 25% of the total
booking price is required to make a reservation.
- This can be paid by
Credit/Debit card, French Cheque, or Bank Transfer.
- All monies are to be paid in
euros.
- The deposit is non refundable
unless the booking is cancelled by Chateau de Pomiro
with the exception as shown in (6) below.
- The full balance is due no
later than 6 weeks before the arrival date and can be paid by the
methods shown in (2) above.
- If the balance is not paid in
time then Chateau de Pomiro reserves the right
to cancel the reservation and in which case the deposit is not refunded.
- For extra services and or
meals taken at the chateau and or Chateau produce purchases, the payment
is due in full on the day of departure and can be paid by, credit/debit
card, French cheque or cash.
- We advise guests to take out
adequate travel insurance which covers cancellations due to illness, or
accident.
- No refunds will be given for
services or meals booked and paid for in advance but have not been taken
up.
- The above conditions are to
minimise losses to Chateau de Pomiro, but if
we can resell accommodation for the same dates we will, at our
discretion refund all or part of the balance paid less any costs or
losses incurred by Chateau de Pomiro.
- All cancellations by a client
must be submitted in writing, (Not E-Mail or Fax) and signed by the main
person making the reservation and sent to Chateau de Pomiro
for the attention of the manager.
- In the unlikely event that
disputes are not resolved by the management at the time then the matter
will be dealt within French Law.
- The contents, services and
accommodation shown on the Chateau de Pomiro
web site forms the basis of the contract between Chateau de Pomiro and the lead guest who is responsible for all
members of the group in the reservation.
- We will take all reasonable
steps to ensure that the web site is updated regularly and the content
is given in good faith however minor changes between updates of the web
site will not be accepted as a cause for complaint. Major changes will
be notified to the individual client as soon as possible.
